This pair of fingerless mitts is off to a new home tomorrow. This color theme is part of my Salish Collection and inspired by the blacks, whites and greys of classic Cowichan style knitting. The mitts are made of 100% Canadian produced and milled wool, and hand knit.
The last few weeks have been a flurry of natural dyeing, and currently several new items are being worked on. Expect to see maple leaf motifs, a new twist on coffee sweaters, and more wearables. Watch for new items being posted on this site in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, I always take special requests. If there is something you are thinking of, feel free to send an email and we can chat. I always leave a few “sold” pieces up on the site as a gallery of work.
